Repeat the following exercises twice:
1) competition burpees (10 Reps)
2) SL squat (10 reps per leg)
3) 1/2 burpee with heel click (10 reps)
4) SA Rows (10 reps per arm)
5) oblique burpees (10 reps)
6) lunge back, knee up (10 reps per leg)
7) 1/2 burpee with 180 degree hop
8) SL glute bridge (10 reps per leg)
9) Tricep pushup burpees (10 reps)
10) Leg raises (20 reps)
11) 1/2 deadlift, half burpee with 4 knee tucks
12) SL squat (10 reps per leg)
13) pike pushup burpees (10 reps)
14) SA rows (10 reps per arm)
15) weighted 1/2 burpee with step up (10 reps)
16) lunge back, knee up (10 reps per leg)
17) star burpees (10 reps)
18) SL glute bridge (10 reps per leg)
19) commando plank burpee with tuck jump (10 reps)
20 Leg raises (20 reps)
