This workout will burn approx 300 calories.
Part 1: (repeat 2x) ( 50:10)
1) shuffle, punch, star jump
2) tire run
3) heel clicks
4) 2 star pushups, 2 plank jacks with shoulder taps
Part 2: Keep repeating for 2 minutes:
-10 reps jugglers
-10x lunge back and switch
Part 3: (Repeat 2x) ( 50:10)
1) 6 lateral hops, 1 pushup
2) 180 degree sumo squat jumps
3) side to side plank hops
4) base jumpers
Part 4: Keep repeating for 2 minutes
-3x Bunny hops, 1x squat jump pushup
AB BONUS: (complete 1 rounds) ( 50:10)
1) 2 knee-ins, 1 pike (sliders)
2) SL toe touch crunches
3) side plank with 4 leg lifts (keep alternating sides)
4) revers plank with hamstring curl (slider)
5) 3 punches, 1 tuck jump
6) baby plank walk with slider
