This workout will burn approx 400 calories
This workout has 3 parts. (Part 1 and 3 are the same)
Part 1: ( 30:10) repeat 2x
1) plyo lunge
2) frog plank jump with pushup
3) 1/2 burpee, tuck jump
4) jugglers
5) elevated side plank leg lifts
Part 2: ( 50:10) Go through 1x
1) star jumps
2) sliders - 1 knee in, 1 pike
3) squat jump get ups
4) scorpion pushups
5) criss cross jacks (2), squat with leg lift (2)
6) plank jack with shoulder tap
7) V hold
Part 3: Repeat part 1
